Ralph A. Loomis was a professor of English in the English and Humanities department of the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan. He made significant contributions to faculty governance while teaching at the University of Michigan, 1953-1993. The collection ranges from 1963 to 1989 (bulk 1968-1975, 1983).
